Stefan is Chief Programme Manager with responsibility for the delivery of products for heavy industry applications. By developing products for volume production, solutions can then be fed into multiple platforms across a mine site to enable and accelerate decarbonisation.

Modules and subpacks will be the central to the company’s solutions which will be suitable for multiple applications across a wide range of sectors.

Biography
Stefan joined WAE in June 2022 as a Chief Programme Manager with a specific expertise in leading teams in product development from conception through to volume production. He is leading the development of the WAE product portfolio, working across the business to develop the NPI process.

Stefan is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Prior to joining WAE, Stefan worked for Protean Electric Ltd., a company developing in-wheel electric motors for the automotive industry and previously, held leadership positions and led teams to deliver product developments, across multiple market sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Communications and Defence within PA Consulting, Ricardo, Siemens and Roke Manor Research.
