James joins the WAE Executive Management Team as Chief Strategy Officer with responsibility for the design and execution of the company’s strategic growth plan. His role includes working with Fortescue Metal Group to support delivery of next generation technology, along with internal business transformation.
James has spent the last 12 years within the Williams F1 Group culminating with 4 years as Operations Director. He previously held a number strategy-based roles within the Group. James was also one the first ten employees that formed WAE upon its inception over a decade ago!
James has a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from University of Cambridge. Prior to joining WAE, James worked for global management consultancy firm OC&C Strategy Consultants providing advisory services across the technology, industry and FMCG sectors.
