Celina Sykes has joined the Senior Leadership team as HR Director with a brief to develop and implement the company’s HR strategy for the continuous development, improvement and growth of the business. Working with the team at FFI, Celina is responsible for aligning the long term strategic direction of WAE.
Celina brings a wealth of experience to the company, having spent over 20 years in business to business, operational HR in both the automotive and engineering sectors working for Magal Engineering, Norma Group and latterly Veolia Nuclear Solutions.
