Williams Advanced Engineering Limited are currently recruiting for a Procurement Co-ordinator reporting to a Procurement Team Leader.
This is an integral role acting as a vital point of contact for Procurement activities. The successful candidate will provide day to day support on administration activity, ensuring the smooth operations of the team across various procurement disciplines.
Duties include but are not limited to initial responses to external and internal customers, keeping them updated on queries and progress. You will be identifying emerging risks and keeping relevant stakeholders aware of potential concerns. You will also be supporting the wider procurement team with the preparation and issuing of RFQ documents, raising purchase orders and managing invoice resolution.
To be successful in the role, you will require negotiation and influencing skills along with the ability to work under pressure whilst establishing strong relationships internally and externally. You will have strong analytical skills aligned with an ability and commitment to meet deadlines. First-rate communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
