Graduate Process Engineer

Williams Advanced Engineering are currently recruiting for a Graduate Process Engineer to join our team.

Reporting to the Lead Process Engineer, this is a key role where the successful individual will assist in the management, development and effective roll-out of processes to improve efficiency and quality of projects across the Engineering Department.

Duties will include supporting the Engineering Process Group in delivery of process, mechanical, composite and electrical design projects for a broad customer base. The successful candidate will also manage requirements Management System, including training, ongoing updates and maintenance.

In this role the Process Engineer will assist in the setting up and management of procedures, controls and guidelines in support of the engineering department and also the administration of BoM database and project BoMs.

The individual will actively take part in generating and presenting project material for both internal and external stakeholders and support engineering releases where required.

The successful candidate must be educated to degree level in mechanical, automotive, electrical or aerospace engineering with experience of mechanical design in the specialist automotive or motorsport industry. A working knowledge of Siemens NX and TeamCentre is advantageous for this role.

The successful individual will have a good ability to use their own initiative and respond quickly to problems, with strong attention to detail, as well as a good working knowledge of proprietary PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. To be successful in this role you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a drive for success.
